I thought the more compelling part was the ‘slapstick laughingstock comedy of incredible errors’ reference.
Improvements for a winless team are meaningless until they get a W. The results this year are inexcusable.

Really? Cuz if you look at the title, it’s pretty clear. You are saying one of the worst, but OP clearly asked if we are the worst.
There are 2 answers here. Yes means we are the worst. No means we are not. So I assume you vote no. That’s been my vote.
We suck. One of the worst? Sure. But worst team in all of college football? Nope.
Our record speaks for itself. No one outside the state cares about some of the progress we've seen over the course of the six weeks.
Lets not forget the schedule were playing.

The schedule is difficult, for sure. But, I never anticipated this. This is what I would expect after playing 6 NFL teams. Not a schedule that consisted of Troy, Purdue, and Northwestern.
That said, I still have hope. The talent on this team is the worst in my lifetime, and likely many older people than myself. There are other issues with coaching as well.
This game was won, though. I am still trying to figure out what in the hell happened in the last five and a half minutes.

If you look at my conversation with another poster in this thread you will see otherwise. I can converse just fine. But when people are over the top melodramatic, that presses my buttons.
We are not 129 out of 129 teams in college football. And so when someone says we are, I have no trouble taking issue with it.
