After the BYU debacle, I just can't feel confident going into any of our remaining games (home or away). I won't wish the Huskers good luck, but I do wish all "Big Red" fans traveling to Madtown this weekend, a fun visit and safe travels!

I would say you are in better shape than us. Loss to BYU or worse start in history...... hmmmm decisions decisions RollingLaugh

You are too kind. But, your system is farther along. Chryst is a great coach and it shows. You guys are going to wreck us.

Wisc is the perfect example of what Nebraska could be. A school in the midwest, everyone say " you can't get talent to come there" You get a system in place, with a good coach. You recruit guys the fit that system 100% and you develop them. You do it over and over and over. I think it 2 or 3 years Nebraska will get there. The Wisc/ Nebraska game could turn into the Rivalry games of OU and NEB. At least I hope that is where we will be heading. Not with Iowa, Iowa will never be a legit rival. No matter how bad they want it to be.

One thing ive learned about our joing the B1G, is how seriously all of you take marching band!

I was in HS marching band and when i watch videos of B1G schools, my jaw drops! I love my Husker Marching Band, but it looks so out of place now.

I did some research and apparently the NU Husker Marching Band used to do a military step, like the B1G, until the 80s.

Would love to see this classiness return!

Yeah, this game is winnable in Fantasyland only. Our defense is not ready to stop a premium power run game. And our offense will again be challenged on the road against a top defense.

We did it for 30+ yrs, yes it can be done and will be done again.

Agree, but as football has proven over and over again. The better team doesn't always happen. This team is in need of something special to get the pendulum going in the other direction. This would do it. Don't get me wrong I still think we lose, but if there was a game that it could happen. This could be it.

I don't like marching bands, and I don't like the Wisconsin football team. That's as "classy" as I can be. :)
