I have a feeling frost will always have bad kicking teams because he has a stubborn streak that says they shouldn't ever be punting or kicking field goals. He is very big on purpose, and if you go out and get great punters and place kickers it means your purpose is to use those a lot. That being said, the lack of punt returners or KO returners is more worrisome.
Do you ever reread your post before you hit “send.” Do you really believe this? I mean, really?
And if what your saying is true, why would he want to get good punt returners? He wants and believes in getting turnovers, so if he goes out and gets great punt returners, it means his purpose is to use them a lot, which would be in direct contradiction to his purpose of getting turnovers.
