Hard to get excited over a guy who can’t average double figures in high school, but I give Miles and staff the respect to say they know what they are doing. GBR
At George Washington HS in Denver, Green was 120/253 from deep for his career. That's 47 percent. As a senior, he was 47/85 for 55 percent from deep. I'm encouraged by that, but he hit only 31.2 percent last year at WNCC.The article is mistaken. The 9.2 points was what he averaged in Nike EYBL ball over the summer. He had a leg injury that slowed him down considerably, especially as the summer wore on. As a HS Junior he averaged 19.8.
He’s an exciting player. He’ll be a good one if we don’t hold him down.At George Washington HS in Denver, Green was 120/253 from deep for his career. That's 47 percent. As a senior, he was 47/85 for 55 percent from deep. I'm encouraged by that, but he hit only 31.2 percent last year at WNCC.

We won't. Green, Amir Harris, Dachon Burke and Thomas Allen should form a deep and respectable backcourt for next year. Our biggest issue next year will be replacing Palmer at the 3 and Copeland at the 4, as well as Roby, if he doesn't stay for his final year. He’s an exciting player. No offense, but averaging 17 points a game in Nebraska is not the same as averaging 19 points a game in New York.HS? Lol. I averaged close to 17 points a game in a Class A schedule and couldn't sniff D1. Wgas.
Is he athletic? Burst? Ceiling? Upside?
