Got to love this kid! I know Gebbia has been the talk and everyone has sort of taken sides on his situation, but man are we lucky to have AM at the helm.

Iowa alum here. Was extremely impressed with the kid in that interview. Sure doesn’t sound like a freshman. I think you guys got yourselves a good one.
Great poise for an 18 year old. If he stays injury free he can be a difference maker I think.

In terms of maturity, this dude sets the bar pretty high. Think back to when you were 18 years old. I was nowhere close to having the poise at 18 that AM has. I just hope he can hold up physically. This has developed in to quite a story when you understand what he’s already experienced in his young life. South end zone here I come for the Zips! GBR!
OP Thanks for posting. Adrian is absolutely the type of person I want representing this University. Seems like a confident quiet leader that doesn't need the lime light.
Right, that’s my main worry here. Martinez coming off a big injury and all that...didn’t play his final season and he we go as the starter for a BIG10 team that’s no doubt about run him and use him throwing the ball. I’m confident in A Martinez though, I think he will do everything he can to keep himself going.
