Yes, we've always maintained the highest of respectful decorum on HOL, and mustn't pry into the player - coach relationship. Pfffft...that thought process went out the window on the first day message boards were created.
Day 1 - God allowed the creation of message boards.

No, rumor was he was showing up late to workouts and was having an attitude that he acted like he didn’t want to be there. Again, was just rumors..
Yep and a few had it twisted and thought it was Greg Bell. But I agree, just rumors and time to let it drop. Frost and co. will handle it.
All rumors and maybe a lesson in why posting those kinds of rumors aren't a good idea.

I know everything about what is happening with the team right now, including a lot of exciting secret news unknown to everyone else. Unfortunately, I promised my exclusive insider resource that I wouldn't share anything, so the rest of you will have to wait and hope tiny shreds of it become public knowledge much later. Sorry about that.
Double secret promise, cross your heart and took a blood oath. Sealed for life or until it becomes public whichever comes first.
Be sure to come back after it is public to remind us all how you knew all about it and that's what you were talking about because your coolness level is over 9000, etc.
And don't forget, the most important part...mock all others that are not insiders!
And even though they will miss on the date, the player, the topic, the university, the country, and the sport...they'll still take credit for having broken the 'insider' news. Winking

Regardless of what happened I'm glad it was put to bed. I'm liking the direction Frost is taking the program. Hopefully he can gain the type of control and clout someone like Brian Kelly has. Kelly has Notre Dame on the level we need to be. He has really set the bar for elite CFB programs that are looking for production on the field, revenue flowing into the program, development of young men behind the scenes and complete control of PR in the media. Of Frost can even get Nebraska to a tenth of what Notre Dame is, we got ourselves a winner!! GBR

The social media hysteria has not been a positive for our society. One person throws something stupid out and people run with it. I talk to people today who have had relationships ruined and their life turned upside down because somebody posted something on Facebook and all of a sudden its friend against friend, neighbor against neighbor, etc. I'm getting so I don't even want to talk to anybody who I think might be on social media. Then you throw a college athlete in to the mix and heaven knows a 20-21 year old NEVER says or does anything silly.....
