Does anybody know what is his eligibility status? Will he make it to Lincoln when fall camp starts or is he heading the juco route?

I think he posted that he still had a few assignments to complete for his last class. But he seemed very optimistic.
according to his twitter he has made it and will be eligible this fall.

Good enough for me. I doubt the kid would claims he eligible and coming...if he wasn’t. So for now, until Frost says it, confirmed by this site or we see him here...this will work.
Honest question. When will Watt and Washington receive official clearance? Will they be cleared so that they can start camp with the rest of the team later this week, or will they have to join up in a few weeks closer to when classes start?
I may be wrong, but in the past the university could not house and feed them until they were actually students. That is why so many kids take classes in the summer so they can get on campus in late May and June and take part in the summer conditioning. I would imagine there are some insurance issues, working out a player who isn’t a student yet etc.
When my kid goes back in the fall, she can’t get in the dorms until the weekend before classes start. This year, she is working a camp for the school so the school gave her a waiver to be in a week early.
Unfortunately the kids don't always understand the details. They may think it's all finished/done but it's sometimes more complicated than they think. If you want to be really sure, you need to see the coaches confirming it on Twitter - that's the most reliable sign. And they're usually very quick to celebrate good news.
Ok, that makes sense. I suppose Washington is less urgent than Watt just due to the fact that he can’t play anyway. But Watt could contribute this year. The sooner we can get both guys to campus and working out the better for the team. That’s a lot of speed waiting to see the field.

Good deal, I had a feeling he wouldn’t claim one thing and then not be right in the end. Now, onto Maurice Washington. Hopefully he gets cleared next.

IF there is an update, I'd think it would come next time Frost speaks to the press. Don't think that happens until end of next week. I think Chinander speaks next but he probably won't address the issue unless Frost specifically asks him to do that. Maybe Walters would say something when it's his turn mid week.
Just a tibit: Washington was qualified by the NCAA & should have arrived this past Thursday accordingly by
Frost; Dom will arrive Sunday.
