Miles and Miles (thanks, Byrds!) Jones and Caleb Tannor. I think both are going to play a ton, Jones is really quick, maybe a tad slower than Woodard, but very fast. Tannor is almost unblockable in HS - both are going to shine. Miles is a very bright kid, as well

Well unless they're injured I think most of the incoming class will get tested in some real games this year due to the new 4 game redshirt rule. Why not give them a trial on the field as part of their development unless the games are all so tight you just have to keep the starters in the game.

If you mean only true freshmen (not juco/ transfers)... Other than Miles and Caleb, I think Justin McGriff might find a niche, especially red zone threat at 6’6”. I am curious about Camron Jones making a push in the secondary but the summer arrival doesnt help.
Cam Taylor has a shot to compete at CB but not sure that’ll happen.
The other obvious choice is A Mart if he indeed wins the starting job.

Play them all unless they are hurt. This is a huge advantage for us imo.

Now players have to be prepared all year long. Because the rule is any 4 games.

Have a major injury at the end of the season and you can plug in a developed underclassmen.

Does the new redshirt rule apply only to true freshman, or can it be used on any player? For instance if a true junior is injured, suspended, etc. and only has played in 4 games so far, can they also be redshirted - somewhat like Chris Jones last year?

I would hope suspensions wouldnt count here.
