The default plan is what happens when other plans tried produce inferior outcomes. Given his experience at the position, Conrad is at the very least a default, if not currently penciled in as the starting center.I didn’t see anything that resembled “firm plan” at all in those comments. Other than someone will play center.

Should have just pasted the link. Tweet says firm, but you will be that word no where in the article. The tweet says firm plan. Then Austin says Conrad is one of the guys in the mix. That’s about as firm a an old man’s pecker before he takes his Viagra
Still think Farmer at C with Wilson at RG
I remember talk about Wilson playing as a true frosh. He should be competing to start on this line.Hope Wilson is the real deal. He certainly looked the part when he stepped on campus.
with the switch to shotgun it might be the guy who can get the ball to the QB every snapIf they were to move Farmer, one of the younger guards would have to step up and be a stronger option than just keeping Conrad at Center and Farmer at guard.

Yeah nothing about his quotes in that article made it sound to me like he's certain or excited about the C position. I don't blame him. The OL has underperformed at pretty much every position for years.
10 yearsCenter has been a big problem for the past several years.
exactly. Raridon was recruited as a center I thought. We've got some highly recruited guys available for the 3 interior positions. Frost and Austin only had a couple of weeks to work with these guys in the spring. They'll figure it out by the end of August. .What does John Raridon play, was it center or guard?
