It was posted on another free board that he has a sibling that is an athlete at Nebraska. It was also posted the he is visiting this month or next month and will commit to a school in July.

Him and Metcalf, along with Martinez, would be a good start to reshaping the QB unit to the Frost system.

Oregon has a QB committed.

His Dad coaches at Oregon though, right? I’d have to think that is a big hurdle to overcome. But perhaps he and Dad want him to branch out on his own...

He knows Martinez and talks to him on a regular basis. They have talked about playing for the same team and pushing each other for competition and getting better.

Johnson wouldn't be the best passer in the world, but he is very athletic and that is one of the things that is important for the Frost offense. I know Frost says the QB doesn't need to run a 4.4, but let's keep it real. If he can land QB's with legit speed he will go after them.

Pee wee football is in full swing for sign ups now. When he isn't hobnobbing with the top college coaches at pee wee football camps, he is spending his weekends at the local HyVee collecting forms and checks.

Yeah that guy loved throwing out names! No clue if he was actually Dave but if he was that was not a good look for him.

I posted a link to ESPNs recruiting a while back and they had Michael Johnson Jr or Tisdale as real shots for us Huskers if we didn’t land Duggan. We all seen how that played out, maybe MJ Jr is a real shot now. Was his dad coaching while Frost was OC at the Ducks?? If so maybe that will help our chances when if comes to his dad anyways.

IF he doesn't end up with his Dad at Oregon (seems like a high probability to me) then I think Nebraska actually would have the next best chance. He obviously thinks very, very highly of Frost based on the quotes I've seen.

From Carriker's show.

Today we're going to talk about Michael Johnson Jr. and his comments. Michael Johnson Jr., if you don't know, is one of the top five dual-threat quarterbacks in the entire country, going to be coming out in 2019. He is, by a lot of sites, have him ranked actually as the top dual-threat quarterback in the entire country, but easily the top prospect in the state of Oregon. He narrowed his list down to seven teams. Now this show isn't focused on him, it's focused on his comments and Scott Frost. He called Scott Frost an "offensive legend" and "his offensive mind is second-to-none" and then he called him an "offensive genius." Now we'll discuss more about Michael later on as his recruitment unfolds.
