Nebraska will likely finish within the top 25 on average Stars and on 247 the average point ranking. In a transition year when players are getting to see what is coming only on paper and from a P5 school, that is pretty darn good. A different system and a stronger passion to be successful, starting at the top, things will get better.

So many on here complained that the former staff was just cashing a paycheck and even made jokes about it. Well this staff isn't and they have the passion and a plan to get the program back to where so many of those same fans claim they want the program to be. So it makes perfect sense that they will continue to complain and whine as a first reaction, right.

Seek negative and its all that you will find.

By 2020, Nebraska will have a Division Title and a Conference Title in football. My prediction based on the talent and desire being brought in and that exists in the program now that will be better brought to the forefront.

Telling of current staff's ability to close on quality recruits within a ridiculously short period of time.

Quality does mean something...

It does, but we’re lacking quantity. 4 or 5 4* is not going to do it. It’ll keep us a top 40 program. We have more 5.5 in this class than we e had in years. That’s scary from a depth perspective. SF is t known as a great recruiter so I’m not shocked. Hope his ability to turn 3* into good players in their JR and SR holds true.
