UCF vs Auburn predictions?

I think we will see a very good UCF team running Scott's schemes get beat by an up tempo team as good or even better than OSU by something like 55-35. It will be interesting to see how fans stuck on this "Nebraska Way" thing will deal with such games in the future -- and I bet we will have a lot of high scores and of course not all of them wins. Personally I don't care if it's 27-7 or 55-35 games as long as we dominate the lines of scrimmage in most games. Wouldn't it be fun to talk about a lot of pancake blocks again?

depends on if auburn is interested to some degree. ucf will have a hard time with a healthy johnson at RB for aub.

Bowl games are so hard to predict. Who the heck knows if Auburn wants to be there? If they do, look out. I suspect they don't have the same level of enthusiasm as UCF though.

Well, for me, the "Nebraska Way" is NOT about offensive and defensive schemes. Listen to SF's presser for what it really means. I don't think anyone will care one iota as long as he wins, his teams work hard in losses, and everyone is committed to working hard and doing the best they can.

Yep, I don't see Auburn really caring or putting 100% into this game. They were so close to a playoff this a disappointment. Nothing to really play for. Where UCF has everything to play for. They want to prove they belong in the Power 5. What better way than bean a playoff contention team. I see UCF winning not because they are better but because Auburn doesn't care.

Too many variables, and you wonder UCF will handle the preparation.

UCF doesn’t have the defense to stop Auburn, they’ll be bigger than Memphis who UCF defenders were bouncing off of all game.

UCF will get bent over here.

Well, the folks on their board have been talking about how they are the number one team in the nation, should have been in the playoffs, and should be named the National Champs since they are undefeated. Now is their chance to prove it I guess. What is it they say? Be careful what you wish for? :)
