You do know that Tom suggested to Bo that he should keep our OC and some of his staff right? I think it probably was a good idea too but it led to some friction.

What we have are a bunch of great ladder climbers and no real leaders. It's why so many CEOs fail nowadays.
IMO this is the most underrated post today on the board. They have no idea what to do when they get to the top because they burned so many ladders and bridges.
Solana, Ray Anderson is a lawyer. Harvard Law School. Worked with him over 35 years ago when he was starting a practice representing players and agents. Worked with the guy who represented Jerry Rice before things went south. Bright guy. Spent some time in the NFL. Falcons, I think. But that sure looks like a dumb move.
