Anyone really think Jimbo will leave FSU for aTm? If not, dumb move firing Sumlin. Guy is a solid coach.
Think Jimbo stays at FSU. I'm calling Chad Morris to A&M.

Jimbo is staying put. Isn't his buyout pretty huge? And he isn't exactly having a great year. Why fire Sumlin just to pick up another dude who is struggling and who comes with a high price tag?
I read...think it was CBS...that Fisher's buyout if fired is like $37m but only like $7m if he leaves voluntarily (if true, GREAT agent)

You would have to be out of your damn mind to get me to abandon 40 million dollars. Florida State isn't going to fire him anytime soon due to the buyout costs.

I don't care how much I disagreed with my boss - I'm not leaving on my own with a $40 million buyout. Especially for a job like A&M.

He actually had a couple of stellar years. I agree. So you think A&M will fork over that much cash to buyout both Sumlin and Fisher? If yes, then somebody there has very deep pockets
A&M has about as deep of pockets as anyone. If they want Jimbo, money won’t be the determining factor
The next question is why would Fisher leave FSU? I know he has felt some heat there this year, but is A&M a better gig???
Might as well put all these coaches in a big circle with chairs labeled with University names on them. Its like a gigantic cake walk. who ends up with who?
