Good for them. Is this plan c or d?

* I meant to edit this right after my original post but must not have saved. That's what you get on a smart phone using sausage fingers!!

Man that sucks, I thought he was plan B!

Now what are we gonna do if Frost says no!! Cry maybe?

Curious about Mullen and his returning team for 2019. Some have said the 2019 MSU team is supposed to be loaded and that would make it hard for Mullen to leave...

Maybe being loaded is a stretch? Who knows.

If he was still debating the Florida job this weekend, that means he hasn't agreed to come here either

After Florida went after Frost, Osborne called him last night and told him to come home.

I would bet a large amount of money that did not happen.

This. TO isn't the kind of man who is going to use his influence over Frost and ask him to come to NU. I think he knows it would be near impossible for Frost to tell him no and he doesn't want to exert that kind of pressure on him.

Or he had an agreement to come here, reconsidered, and reconfirmed the agreement.

True. Maybe his agent wanted him to meet with Florida, but he was impressed with Moos' press conference and it reaffirmed his decision to come here. We'll hopefully know soon.

I think a certain school who thinks they might be the top job in the nation is attempting to do some damage control after publicly missing out on the top 2 targets they went after.

Not that it hasn’t happened here in the past; the jet that came back without Nutt for example.

These ESPN guys don't know. They are trying to cover up their tracks from what they said earlier this week. I believe that because the Nebraska job OFFICIALLY became available yesterday, Frost probably turned down the opportunity to join Florida and will be coming here.

IMO that would be a bad move for Dan. He is payed over 5 million at a school that is putting no pressure on him to win. They are happy with 6 to 9 wins per season.

I can believe he debated meeting with them. Doesn’t mean he hasn’t had Ana ferment in place with us. He decided not to meet with them and stick with his word.

Maybe. From what I have heard heard, he already turned them down once. I would be shocked if he had a hard time making the same decision a second time.
