He throws away games. Falk was having a bad game against Arizona. Leech puts the second string QB in who kept throwing interception after interception. There was nothing wrong with Falk and he was fuming on the bench. Leech kept looking at the little sheet of paper he is always scribbling on. Leech was proving a point to Falk to the detriment of the team. My Coug friends were furious. Mike is too wacky, too offbeat to work in Lincoln. He would hate the scrutiny he would receive at Nebraska. No one cares about WSU football after the season ends. Pullman is in the middle of nowhere. 29000 people with 25000 connected to the college.

Yeah, I keep thinking I'll run into him in the bulk nut section at Winco but so far no luck.

Didn’t we have an arrogant a-hole who won 9 games a year but never won a championship as our coach once? We hated the freaking guy! Or did I dream that?

And the next week Falk lights up Stanford for 337 yards and 3 TDs. If WSU beats Washington this weekend I do believe they would be tied with Stanford and Washington at 7-2 in conference, so would win the north since they will have had wins over both. I'm not disagreeing with your post, but it seems NU has been the other way too much - not sitting players for a while when they need some mo.

Yes, UDub has the chance to play the spoiler this weekend in the Apple Cup. With a Husky win Stanford wins the Pac12North. If the Cougs don't Coug it they win the Pac12North. Should be a heck of a game in Seattle.

Julie, Pullman-Moscow may be in the middle of nowhere, but it is a GREAT place to be in the middle of nowhere. I have a niece and a nephew who went to WSU. I think if Moos hires Leach he is just being LAZY.

The Cougs need to jump on U Dub and Browning quickly. Like most college QBs if you can get pressure Browning he does some dumb things. He holds the ball too long that lead to dumb sacks. I think the Cougs are in trouble if Husky running backs Gaskin, Coleman and freshman Ahmed get loose.

Leach! Not a fit under the Osborne microscope, in fact, he's orthogonal to everything Osborne built.

We don't need to be googling orthogonal at this point..
At a right angle to in geometry.....somebody learned a new word today and decided to try it out on the board. That or they're a math geek. Good heavens it's been roughly 40 years since I've heard that one.
