What is the etiquette/protocol/standard when it comes to contacting coaches who are currently employed and while you still have a HC?

I know the NFL, NBA, etc have tampering rules in place about such things. Does the NCAA?

Contacting a coaches agent is okey-dokey I think.

They will not have contacted Scott directly, it'll be through his representatives.
