Honestly believe this, plus I think coaching needs too be better. Tear the whole thing up.

Logic and the way Riley talked about the change led to my educated guess. There's no way IMO that Riley handles that transition the way he did unless he was forced to do it by SE. It's just not how Riley has handled anything his entire life from what I can tell.
It looks like zero talent because it's not being coached and not being put into a position to succeed. Yes, we could use more talent but that's not why this happenned.
