This part is especially hilarious:

"The NCAA defers to its member schools to determine whether academic fraud occurred and, ultimately, the panel is bound to making decisions within the rules set by the membership."

In that case, the NCAA could have saved everyone a lot of time and money by just asking Good ol' Roy for his thoughts on the matter.

Minnesota had their final four trip vacated for a tutor writing a couple papers for 4 or 5 players. NC has widespread academic fraud for 20 plus years to keep bball players eligible and get nothing.
