...was thinking about posters on here who used to liven things up with their takes...obvious ones like Tulsa Tom and HTO....Johhny Football was one way back in the day...but there was a guy from Edmond who posted on here a lot who was especially gracious when our granddaughter was very sick and actually offered us assistance, and I'm embarrased to say, I can't remember his 'name'... anybody recall?

There was NormPeterson before he and AlkoHusker got married and ran away together.

Who was the guy that did the daily news thread that some jackhole mod banned?

I can't remember most of the trolls, because they come back like roaches.

I have not been on RSS for some time, but I am sure Matya has made sure the Untouchables are still unchained.

Other than that I am getting too old to remember.

Was it Redcap that did the news thread? That was the best. Believe he moved on to the great Memorial Stadium in the sky.

Oxhusker(or something like that) was the poster who used to start the daily news thread. He wasn't banned. Someone pissed him off and he quit posting here. I think they insulted what he was doing or something like that. The poster that was accidentally banned by a mod was timmmay. He seemed to have a lot of inside info when Callahan was fired and Pelini was hired IIRC and posted a lot of cryptic stuff. After he was accidentally banned and then unbanned, he was never seen again as timmmay again. As far as untouchables on RSS, there is nobody untouchable there anymore. Sam, North Stadium, etc are all gone and will never be back.

A couple of those guys lost their reason to post on RSS........ie no longer family members or clients employed by the University of Nebraska ie Sam I Am. The one I don't miss is the clown from Texas that was the "Pelini family photographer".Winking

Do you guys remember Coleastman? I think that was his screen name, he was posting a lot of cryptic stuff right before MR was hired as HC. Then he disappeared. It was entertaining while it lasted.

I miss redthruandthru assuming nobody gave any of their time to "charity" except for him. Wasn't there a "pastor" from Omaha? And who can forget Rick924 diving in dumpsters for old bowl game sweatshirts, and pimping out his daughter here.
Was it RSS where H3 pimped out his wife, or had he already took his act to HPH?
Good old Ronhusk15 (search that name on twitter) losing his mind when Blo got canned, and single handedly killing the basketball board here, by banning every poster that didn't agree with his delusions.

Ahhh... so many good memories of the mentally instable!

Timmay had some good insight. H3, Sam, and another kid - Shortbus Driver? I seem to remember a lot of alums living in California contributing in the RSS.

I liked to read Norm's recaps of Husker basketball.

He seemed to have access to post pics of Bo and the program that only somebody closely connected to Bo would have had. Extremely supportive of Bo and then disappeared shortly after he was canned...ie more of a Bo fan than Husker fan.

You were thinking of alkohusker who I happen to know very well. He doesn't even visit this site any longer via a text I shot him just now when I saw this thread.

Only guy I would ever trust 100% ... ElRojoGrande. That's because his numbers were 100% (not 99.99997%) fact. Always seemed to come up with some obscure stats that were interesting.
