Someone brought up Oregon's Tom Osborne, but other than that, I don't recall much discussion. If there has been discussion, I apologize but figured let's get a thread doing for opinions.

It kind of depends what direction we take. If it is a Special Teams coach I would vote for Brian Polian. He has coached Special Teams at ND, Stanford and Texas A&M and is said to be a good recruiter. I know guys with Nebraska ties like Doug Coleman and Carlos Polk will be popular with fans, but Polian would be a home run, IMO.

Special Teams? Any real estate agents on here? Let's find Frank Beamer a nice place to settle down in Lincoln ;)

Agnus McClure, recruiting coordinator at UCLA. He coaches DLine there but I am sure they could figure out how to get it to fit. Then in April, when they approve the 10th coach, hire Tavita

If you follow the coaches on twitter Todd McShane just recently started to follow Keith Heyward. DB coach at Louisville. Coached under Riley at OSU. Doesn't look like he's had any ST experience though. So either that's not a good lead, or Stewart may be moving on soon? Or, they expect Heyward to coach ST?

Any idea what the set up would be? Would he take Safties over from Banker? Also can't hurt with Greg Johnson's recruitment.

I wouldn't care if he coached the cheerleaders if he can recruit Houston and Arizona for Nebraska like he does Arizona, bring him on
