Does anyone have a list of Wisconsin's injury report for this game? I know they've lost their ILB and several players are questionable. Thanks!

Time to nut up and go get the W! Injuries shouldn't really be an excuse in this game. Cichy is a big loss for them.
This plus 1000. Both teams have injuries. Now is the time for our offense to gel with the players we have and get after Wisky!

If we come out fearful of Wisconsin's defense we will play tight and conservative. The guys,I hope, will take their defense rather as a challenge and really pull out all the stops. We need to be aggressive and attack their defense like we mean business. Put some fear into them early and get them on their heels.

Not having their NG at 340 pounds hurt is a big loss for them - So they are now starting an undersized true freshman at Nose guard

Cichy being out is huge and Vince Biegal still isnt 100%, they make that defense go. I have a feeling we test the linebackers more than one would guess. I see Cotton getting a lot of work. Also potentially having Westerkamp back is huge, BUT I would question putting him working the middle as he usually does.

Every year I look at Wisconsin and say they will not be any good and every year I am surprised. They do not recruit particularly well - they play a lot of underclassmen and have turned over the coaching staff three times - Not sure what their secret is but they have it down whatever it is

Little known fact - they drink melted cheese like it's a sport drink. They'll go out and run sprints, go over to the side line, drink some cheese, and then it's more sprints. It's cutting edge. Although the big game celebration is a little messy.

Yeah, against our less than impressive SR center. So we're not gaining any advantage there. Unless someone or something has infiltrated Utter's body, we can probably expect more of the same from him.

Wisconsin has ridiculous depth of very good players at LB. Cichy is a star but there are about 3 backups that are very very good as well. Biegel is one tough SOB so I don't think his injury will hinder him much.
I do think they need to use one of them just to spy Armstrong all day.

Really believe they are an oline factory. Was up there once in the coaches offices. Some Olinemen got in the elevator. What specimens. They grow oline like alabama grows dline.

What do you mean we're not gaining any advantage? you think the undersized freshman will do the same things as the 340 lb starter would have done?

Cichy is a very, very good player, a walk on from Minn, his replacement Ryan Connelly is very, very good, player , also a walk on from Minn, not much of a drop off there, Connolly played earlier in the season for the Injured Edwards at the other ILB and was brilliant.
Sagapolu the NT is a big loss, however our 4 star SSDE Connor Sheehy did a very good job there last week against Iowa, backed up by our 4 star true Frosh Garrett Rand, if they can hold up one more week, Sags returns and we're OK.
We get back CB Derek Tindal, a fully healthy Vince Biegel, CB/KR Natrell Jamerson and overall, against the toughest schedule in America this season, for the Badgers it's just been, Next man up.

Sorry but there will definately be a drop off from Cichy. Dude is one of the top LBs in the country with the most tackkes on the team by quit a bit. Cone dude played with a torn pec with his arm dangling by his side. You dont teplace that. Yes might be able to fill in servicably but no way is the backup the same difference maker.

Still think Ryan Connelly is a big drop off from Cichy, I love it when fans of a different program think they know more than fans of that program, you don't.

Please, Badger fans admire and respect Nebraska but when you whine about a no call, as if ,guaranteed you win the game if it REALLY was a penalty, well, it's beneath you.

All I'm saying is don't lead they way you did. You absolutely had scoreboard but don't come here and call us stupid for thinking the backup would be a step down from the starter (shocking thought, no doubt), and then as an afterthought say, "oh yeah, good game."

I guess I'm a big Connelly fan and wanted it clear he and Leon Jacobs who was moved from FB a few weeks ago and had 11 tackles last night weren't jags.
You guys are OK anyway, I think you lose to OSU next week but NW is crazy tough on us and they are very hot right now, they played OSU very tough.
The West could have a crazy finish.

No doubt home cooking played a huge factor in the outcome of that game. Here's to Wisconsin losing a couple more down the stretch!
Hey we got screwed against OSU and they let Mich hold us all game too.
Sometimes you REALLY need to be better, you weren't.

Where did you see the word big? But yes I still think cichy is better than connelly. Sure Connely had a lot of tackles but even with Armstrong not really being a threat passing in the game Newby was able to average more yards per carry than Michigan's, Ohio State's and Iowa's top running backs did when Cichy played.
