Losing their starting RB hasn't helped.Sometimes I just takes one loss to start a spiral. Look at Iowa and Sparty.
He's back tonight, although I don't know if he's 100 percent.Losing their starting RB hasn't helped.
Well he just busted one for 75 yards and a TD, so maybe he's pretty healthy.
And Helfrich just went for two, down by 10 with 3:00 left in the THIRD quarter. Why would you do that? Kick the PAT, get a TD and FG, win the game. You don't have to try to cut it to an 8-point game when there's 18 minutes left to play.
The Duck fans are quacking about Helfrich and their starting Qb, Prukop. They want them both gone. Uncle Phil can't be happy. Mrs. Helfrich better start talking to realtors. Her husband is not going to have a job for too much longer. The Dawgs go to Eugene next Saturday. They haven't beat the Ducks since 2003. It could get ugly.

Wazzu was a fair number of people's pick to win the Pac 12 this year. They got off to a miserable start but they have a bunch of talent and Leach has been there now long enough to have his system and players fully in place. Just like when he was at TTech they are going to have games where they turn the ball over too much and lose, but Wazzu is a much improved team.Oregon's defense can't/couldn't stop a three-footed mule. Wazzu ran up and down the field on them, as had sCUm and Nebraska. Brady Hoke is doing even worse there than he did at Michigan. Appears he's no better than a MAC head coach. The game's in Eugene, but the Huskies should have their way with them. It's disappointing as It would be nice to see Nebraska's opponents all do well.
