What's dizzying is watching people support Peelini up to the bitter end. You don't have to feel good, you can feel whatever you want and post about it, that's the beauty of this forum, everyone's opinion is welcome. As for me, the calming nature of Nebraska football under excellent leadership, something we haven't had in a long time. Whether that results in w's or championships or top 10 finishes or major bowl games remains to be seen. If it doesn't happen, it'll be up to the next guy.

If you can't feel damn good about having someone represent the University, state and fan base the way coach Riley does, that's on you, not me.

Well, at least MR doesn't lose to bad teams, or throw his players under the bus.....

Two things that concern me about the future are
1. Riley doesn't seem to be killing it on the recruiting trail
2. Riley is extremely loyal to his assistants and probably will not replace them regardless of performance.

If Riley were recruiting like Harbaugh and had a lot of years left in him, I'd probably write this season off. But he's a 62-year-old guy recruiting at a sub-Pelini level and making rookie mistakes in game management. It's hard to see a lot of potential for greatness.

I think people feel good about the way Riley represents things, we just want somebody who has the same qualities who can fix the problems on this team and get the team properly prepared and start winning games.

How do you have a high opinion of yourself? Seriously. You're a middle-aged dude who lives vicariously through his son. And your son is probably next-up to be your replacement of resident idiot.

Your predictions are horrible. Your information is trivial, at best. And you're cocky about all of it.

Why is it that you like yourself again?

You're the epitome of what is wrong with today's society. You believe that whatever you think is unique and valid. Because you were one of the many people who received a trophy for finishing last. It's obvious you're not athletic.

And your "inside information" is absolutely worthless. As are your takes.

I honestly think you deliberately lost the bet to mwulf so you could have a picture of a shirtless Beiber on your sig line.

You really have a high opinion of yourself. You should be apologizing for creating a thread such as this. But you can't, because whatever seminar you attended that taught you to like yourself seems to have somehow worked.

He has some inside info. Not much but some. That's why gets away with the insults, the boorish behavior and the like. But he has as much insight into what makes a winning coach as Eichorst.

Feels damn good yet for me. When you beat cancer it still takes a while for the body to recover fully. Patience grasshoppers.
