My Favorite Helmet

In my opinion, the helmets we wore tonight are the all-time best. I like the Gamecock "medallion" on the side and the wide black stripe with white edges down the middle. Do whatever they want with the jersey and pants, but I wish they'd make this helmet permanent (they won't).

Stripe sequence down the center ain’t like what the Morrison teams used. It more closely resembles the Woods/Bradstard/Muschamp garnet helmets, unfortunately.

But hey….at least it doesn’t have the stupid script Carolina on it.

I thought it looked like someone bought a generic burgundy helmet in Academy Sports and slapped logos on it. I thought the Carlen helmet was best - nice, big Fighting Gamecock in Block C on both sides of a white helmet with nice striping. Most distinctive we've had.
