LSU -4 at kickoff. Over / under 51.

I think this is going to be an entertaining game. I just want to see points. Give me the overs.

LSU gets a FG opening drive. Snap over the QB’s head in the redzone might have cost them 4 points.

Both QB’s can make plays happen with their feet.
During closer and tougher games this is sorely missing for us.

Our quarterback completes passes all over the field. LSU has completed one forward pass for positive yards in the first quarter. I take Will any day over a scrambler.

Based on one quarter… LSU is going to struggle on offense in the SEC.

Is Lovett the worst hit MSU football has had in the portal era? He would look good in maroon and white this year.

Exactly! All these people clamoring for a Garret Schrader type QB. I want a QB that can complete 60-65% of their passes and move the ball downfield. We had that in Dak for the first time in our HISTORY. And we needed it because his legs were not going to beat the upper tier of the conference.

Not only that, the rest of the SEC INCLUDING the blue bloods are slinging it all over the field 45-50 times per game. To even have a chance to compete we HAVE to be a passing team. The days of Bouie, Davis, JJ Johnson, Boobie and Norwood are over.

I think our guys have a pretty good chance against LSU.

Boutte was half-assing that route on the goal line. A bad read + a great throw hit him right in the hands.

Was thinking the same thing. He is good. Why did he leave exactly?

He said it was the Leach noose tweet. He quote tweeted with “What the hell?” or something like that, then transferred out like a week later.

These teams have “Liberty Bowl” written all over them. Neither team looks good.

He was headed to OM for more benefits, before MSU turned them in for tampering with him and Jones. They settled for FSU after entering the portal, and were able to get some sort of a ******** waiver to play immediately even before NIL and transfer portal were deregulated.

If they had simply waited a few more months for the NCAA to kill the one-year sit-out rule, they both would have been at Ole Miss.

Mullen looks less comfortable in studio than he did on the field against Bama during his time in Starkville.

LSU looks like crap. Florida State isn’t that good and they’re beating them up. Should be at least 20-3 at this point but FSU letting them hang around.

If Lovett had been with state the whole time, he probably would’ve declared for the draft after last season

Ali Gay with about the worst targeting I’ve ever seen. 100% intentional cheap shot on the QB. Almost like he was tired of playing and wanted out of the game. LSU looks like they have major problems.

If you ever wanted an instructional video of what targeting is supposed to look like, you could literally just show a clip of that play.

Man, Big 12 crew just screwed over LSU and right on time Matt Austin comes in to verbally fellate them.

ETA: Nevermind, they scored anyway.

LSU actually looks like they’ve regressed. I feel like FSU would lose to 11 or 12 SEC teams.

If FSU can run between the tackles like this Auburn will not be the team in last place in the SEC West.

Good God they are really sloppy.

ETA if they don't get the sack right away they're getting killed down the field by these receivers how do you think they're gonna do against ours.

Ok, so never go for it against LSU on 4th down. Just punt and get the ball wherever they muff it. In fact, maybe go ahead and punt on 3rd. Florida State might be up 20 if they’d done that.

FSU turns it over. LSU needs 99 yards in 80 seconds.

My wife look at that pitch by Florida State on the goal line and said it was OK for me to be the offensive coordinator at Florida State.
