with no baseball to be played, Year 16 of preseason prognosticators starts early.

Don't stand up too quick after this news.

I was hoping this would be a thread that Sixpack is starting it's own NIL (which would be very cool). So I guess I'm supposed to post my predictions for the football season? Sigh. 6-6

We will finish 7-5 and go to the Music City Bowl.

Ole Miss will start with a preseason ranking of 16 and quickly move to the 9-11 range. Their fans will all start the talk of making the CFP until they lose a couple games embarrassingly and end up in the Gator Bowl.

The CFP will once again be Alabama, Ohio State, and Oklahoma, with the last team TBD.

So basically, a carbon copy of every other college football season for the last 10 years.

Disappointment, I predict disappointment. Probably mixed with some frustration too. Lots of drinking.

This has an embarrassing lack of upvotes.

I will add us having a 7-6 season but winning the bowl game and we will be in the fight in almost every game against everyone not named Alabama or Georgia. Pods can't get here fast enough

Georgia is the team missing from the CFB.

Saban will retire at season's end.

9-3 with losses to Bama, Georgia and either A&M or Ole Miss.

Will has a 79.6 % completion rate. 54 TD’s 16 INTS. 4,955 yards.

I get your point, but it will be Bama, Ohio St, and 2 tbd’s. Oklahoma is going to drop off. Wouldn’t shock me to see USC in it. The PAC 12 stinks and he’s a great offensive coach who brought it the best receiver in the country and one of the best qb’s who knows his system in-and-out.

We go 6-6 AT BEST as Will spends most of the season running for his life. We lose to Ole Miss and we can finally end a huge mistake.

If Will does that he is winning the Heisman and going 11-1 or 10-2.
Also, he’s not doing that.
The yards are attainable.
The completion percentage would be the NCAA record by a good margin.
The TDs would be the 4th most all time and more than any Leach QB has ever had.

I don’t know how many games we will win, but we are winning one of Alabama or Georgia.
8-4 feels right.

Ceiling at 10-2 with a chance at 5-7
I’ll take the middle at 7-5.
First 3 games really important if we want 8 plus wins.

Yeah, cause we don't have any recievers ***

Who’s our best receiver? Walley? He disappeared last year with a case of alligator arms. Elite receivers don’t disappear. Williams? Nice guy but he’ll get shut down by most every sec teams #1 corner. The transfers? Yeah they had 2 catches total at their last schools.

I think it’s going to be rough sledding without Polk out there getting a lot of attention. And coupled with the fact that Rogers might have less time to throw since we just lost the best LT in our schools history

You think teams put their best corner in the slot?

This time a year ago, you thought Polk was going to catch 100 plus passes? Somebody will just catch those passes this year, guaranteed.

Who’s in charge of SPS NIL?

I got a PERSONALIZED email from Elite Dawgs recently, wishing me a happy birthday. Did SPS drop the ball? Some are saying they have….

5-7 (2-6) with two embarrassing losses, Arizona and Ole Miss. Leach gets canned with minimal buyout because only one year is left on his contract.

We’ll have our usual fair share of yards/stats but it won’t make a difference where it matters most…on the scoreboard. I foresee a lot of yards in between the 20s.

We don’t have dynamic skill players on offense. I’m sorry if that offends folks but that’s the truth.
