I don’t care what side of the debate you’re on, if you gotta bring your insufferable political ******** to a thread asking for prayers for my sick six year old, then you must be one bored, miserable son of a ***** and I hate you with every ounce of my being.

To the ones that sent well wishes and prayers, thank you. To the ones that are in the same boat as my boy and I, I also send prayers yalls way.

It’s truly a 180 and amazing how quick the turnaround has been. He didn’t want to get out of bed for anything or eat just 12 hours ago.

Great news! Sounds like my friend's teenager who caught it just before Christmas in 2020. He said at 4pm they pretty much had to pick him up and carry him to bed he was so weak and felt so bad. Eight hours later at midnight, he popped up fever free and full of energy like he'd never been sick.

I’m pretty certain that I had this omicron covid deal this past week. I went out west and went skiing bc I didn’t want to waste my best vacation of the year. I didn’t take a test bc I didn’t want to know if I had it or not. Who cares, omicron is just a cold.

That's been the norm this go around for kids his age. Between what I've seen at the clinic amongst my staff's children and what my wife sees in the classroom at school, that's the pattern. I'm so glad Lil Taco is better....there's nothing more troubling than your child being sick.
