Makes me sick. Three missed field goals and that dumbass 4th down "holding" penalty. Arky was lucky as 17!!! to win! I seriously need something to damage.

Was going to make a similar post. This loss is about as frustrating as the Memphis game, but Will Rogers is the 17ing man. It's really not a debate anymore.

Yeah he looked real scared in that 2nd half, leading the offense down the field and throwing touchdown passes. Excellent take.

horseshit, rodgers checked down and audibled to run plays when he should've thrown....he gets scared at times. he should just tell the coach and put another QB in.

U R A DUMBASS. Will is not Aaron Rodgers but he is vaccinated and is really growing as a young QB and you can see the team is rallying around him. If you think he was playing scared you need to take up a new sport that is not as taxing on your intelligence like croquet.

You got me with the vaccinated part.

Will was 36/48 for 417 with 4TD/1Int. He had a couple of balls early that he missed on but he also made several really nice reads and throws. Maybe he had a goof up on his read in the Red Zone but he didn’t miss the 23 yard FG. If you want better QB play than what Will did today, perhaps you should stick to watching the Pros. The offense as a whole played a solid game.

looked like a different QB in 2nd 1/2 for sure. Checked down to stupid running plays in the redzone in the 1st 1/2. don't take my word. go back and look and look at video. leach jumped his ***. proud of leach for once. rodgers was definitely scared. left alot of $$ on the table in the 1st....facts.

so, you're saying that when leach got into rodgers *** in 1st 1/2 for audibling to a running play in the red zone to marks on 3rd down....he wasn't callin will a puss? sure?

I'm just going to say it. If you are one who couldn't see pretty early on that Will Rogers was clearly a top notch QB prospect, you need to watch and read more, and post your asinine thoughts less (I'm sorry PGB, I'm in the sauce a bit brother).

blame what?.....If state has a good FG kicker we're 7-1. Rodger's just gets scared and times and checks down to a run when he shouldn't.....did you not see leach get in that ***?

You realize he had 300 yards passing and only 4 incomplete passes after that happened, right?

Will started out tight. He settled down. He played his *** off.

He did make two bad reads in the Redzone in the first half but he played QB in the second half better than anyone we've had but 2014 Dak.

truth. good stuff. but what were the stats in the redzone?

Tired of giving leach ****...when Rodgers is the one killing and audibling to a GD running play with 27 Arkansas players in the box. Please wakeup.

That said. I think Rodgers is a great QB. but there's an incredible amount of accountability for someone that touches the ball on every play. Just saying that he can do better. would like to see Will in NFL. Hailstate.

He improves every game, great player.
For sure had some bad throws early, but settled down and delivered the rest of the game.
Make the damn field goals

I don’t reckon we ever should have expected a UT Martin fan to know jack **** about collegiate athletics.

Will is incredible. I was there surrounded by Hog fans and they kept talking to me about how incredible he was. That deep ball down the sideline couldn’t have been more perfect. He’s improving every week. Early in the season his knock was how he was missing mid range to long range throws just behind or too low to receivers. He is drilling every throw right in the receivers hands. His command and comfortability with the offense is amazing. It’s looking easy to him now. The few stalled out drives we had in the first half ended on a few dropped balls that would’ve moved the chains that hit receivers in the hands.

Will started off “******” and finished with those stats. Would have been great if he had been perfect, but he and the offense and the defense did their job overall. If special teams or the refs do their jobs, we win.

He’s one of the best 3 QB’s in the league. Corral and Young are very good but who’s the next guy after that? Probably Rogers.

Taking those safe QB runs, combined with the way he’s seeing the field and making the vertical throw when the defense gives it, has been absolutely huge.

Checking to the run in the red zone is how we beat Kentucky….. Why wouldn’t you expect to test Arkansas’ front.
Complaining about Rodgers is arguing with success. He is a on his 15th start and is elite and getting better.
Your expectations need to factor in development, he is already the most accurate QB in our 145 year history.
***** on….

Glad most in this board appreciate what Will Rogers brings to the table. I feel the same way about Leach. In the timeless words of Ron White, “you can’t fix stupid” and that particularly applies to fan bases like some here.
