Doesn’t really matter. They lost. The only other alternative was that they delay the game in which case Vandy still would have advanced to the Finals without even having to beat them.

Some people are wanting vandy out of the SEC. Wouldn’t that only solidify their appearance in the CWS each year? SEC has the most lights out baseball programs in collegiate athletics....I haven’t like them prior to this series and now just can’t 17in stand them or their antics. But removing them from our conference will only make their life easier.

Since they ruled it a no contest only true and fair thing to do was send Vandy packing for home also. Then a winner take all game between us and Texas. They let them play each other yesterday no reason not to play again. Only reason for NCS not to play is if other teammates tested positive and their roster was depleted which didn’t happened. Vandy should be sent home immediately.

Two things the NCAA could have done to avoid looking so biased: be more transparent about the protocols (they could do it without violating HIPAA) and test Vandy players, too.

The NCAA once again finds themselves in a shitstorm of their own making.

Did they test the Vandy players ? Just because you get vaccinated doesn't mean you won't still catch covid. Happens all the time. But they will pitch the 2 aces Monday and Tuesday and our 1 ace won't be available until Wednesday but it will be over by then. Unless we don't pitch him tonight but I have zero confidence in McLeod winning
