I dont know what time the State team plans to “show up” tomorrow, but I sure hope I am not sitting in TD Ameritrade next weekend watching Ole Miss play while my Dawgs are sitting at home.

I don’t know about superstition, but I would like to know how many games State played in black unis this year and won in them?

If they do make it to Omaha, I hope the team managers leave those crappy things at home.

I agree! No way this State team with a million K’s from the pitching staff shouldn’t be 60-0 this year!

I am pissed about tonight. But I also know We have another chance to punch our ticket tomorrow. If we can hit the ball out of the infield more than 5 times tomorrow, and not Swing at rolling off speed pitches, we have a chance with just a decent pitching performance.

Oh we may make it and that world be great, but this just hasn’t felt like an Omaha team all
year. Everything has been a grind every weekend. We’ve had several teams that would have swept this ND team easily.

To be fair, neither did the 2013 or 2018 Omaha teams. And 2016 damn sure felt like one, but some Booby guy ruined our dogpile plans.

A couple weeks ago, someone posted, and I'm paraphrasing, "It would be hilarious if this team won it all where other, better, teams couldn't get it done."

I don't care how it looks or feels. I just want to get back to Omaha...and then win the whole damn thing.

When the upm is calling strikes on pitches 3 inches below the knees the only way to keep from striking out is to swing at everything. The strike zone for ND was 2' by 2' while ours was 1' by 1'. It makes a huge difference for batters.
