I want Vandy and Arkansas to battle it out on that side of the bracket. Without Arkansas, I’m worried Vandy is going 2-0 and have their rotation set up for a championship series.

I don't care either way. Everyone has been saying the Hogs won't put up runs at Ameritrade. So why worry about it then? Going to see Vandy's big boys no matter what.

Vandy will have to win with one - or more - pitchers not named Rocker or Leiter in Omaha. Even without Arkansas around, it's very possible they get knocked out.

On the other hand, Arkansas has the every day hitting to mash through all of Omaha, on top of a stellar relief guy. If there's any chance NCState can knock them out, that's the best possible scenario.

I’m having a hard time rooting for the Pigs to go out until I see that Skip Bianco’s Rebels are out. I’m just having nightmares of Nikhazy out-dueling Rocker 1-0 and then facing off against NC State in the winner’a bracket game.

There are only two teams that I feel like would require a minor miracle for us to knock off in a 3 game series, and Ark is public enemy #1 in that discussion. We can’t get them out of this tournament fast enough
