Tell me what SS recruits we missed on from the JUCO or transfer ranks that are head and shoulders above what we have between James and Forsythe offensively and defensively.

He played 2nd base his junior year with TJ playing short, then Jordan moved to short his senior year. He will give Ince and Forsythe competition right out of the shoot.

The kid better get in the weight room in the off season and add about 20 LBs and work his tail off on his hitting because competition is coming.

He’s most likely going pro so it won’t matter, but you’re not really selling his ability at SS since he couldn’t beat his brother out at SS, then Ole Miss promptly moved said brother to the outfield.

Since the start of the Ole Miss series Forsythe is batting .158 with 25k, 8bb, 8rbi, and 8e. If you take out his 4 hits against The Citadel and Jacksonville State he is hitting .113 over the remaining 23 games.

He should be bunting a whole lot more.
