Worked with a guy who spent a year at Campbell, in the mid-1980's. Said it's a hard-shell Baptist college, kinda like Bob Jones U or Liberty.

In the desert at night camels look like human running at you in desert camo. Kind of freaky.

They hit .307 as a team and were good enough to get an at large bid playing in the Big South. Must be pretty good.

What was the truck line that had a Camel and the phrase “Humping to Please” on their trailers back on the 70’s?

We still have one of those trailers. It's no longer on the road because they are only 40 ft long but it's built like a tank. There is enough steel and aluminum in those things to make two modern 53 footers. The camel is still on its side in all its glory.

In the last NCAA regional they made it to the finals 2-0 and East Carolina had to beat them twice.
