1- what scenario is a nuclear bomb the 'least bad option'? I am struggling to envision a situation where a nuke is the least bad option. What would be the 'most bad option' in that situation?!?!

2- is something happening that has been reported on, but I missed? Why tweet this out now?

3- why does usstratcom have Twitter? They should have a direct line to POTUS and thsts about it, right?

When I was in the Marine Corps they taught us in a invent of Nuke Blast lay on belly, head with helmet in direction of the blast, arms and weapon under our body that had flak jacket. Once shock wave has pass, get up and commence to kicking *** until you died of radiation poising. In a invent of hand Granada, lay on belly away from blast with legs closed and hands on neck. Get up and commence to kicking ***. ( I know you were joking).

Side note: I was a Scout Observer. If I called for a tactical nuke from artillery, they had to get permission all the way up to the White House. If I called for a tactical nuke from navy ship, the captain of that ship could give the ok. No one is more powerful in war than a Captain of a US ship.

"Worst bad option" - getting nuked.

"Least bad option" - nuking someone else before they nuke you.

The difference was back then we actually did come close to nuclear war. Numerous times.
