I wonder if there’s ever been a college program with Friday and Saturday starter having thrown no hitters.

Maybe I’m dreaming, but why are Rocker and Leiter taking the mound at this point? They’re both penciled in as top picks at this point. Why risk it?

He's thrown 220 pitches in his last 2 outings. You have to think that will catch up to him at some point.

It would be tempting to shut it down. And it’s not like their no hitters were against inferior competition. It was against top 25 teams. I honestly think Rocker and Leiter would both be on a big league roster on April 1st if they were pros right now. They are that good.
