I am completely at a loss for why Carter isn’t getting more touches. Is she being coached NOT to post up? She has the size to be dominating in the paint and yet, she has what....2pts in the first half? We know Carter has the skills to be Big T 2.0 so what am I missing? Is it coaching? I don’t get it. I didn’t expect MSU to beat Arkansas, but Carter and Rickea have just disappeared.

Hey.....I get it. This is not Vic Schaefer’s team. NMP is going to put her stamp on it. It’s gonna look different and have a different style of play. Understood. But individual players seem like they are not the same. Thank goodness for Myah Taylor coming to play. Now we need everyone to show up.

That’s the kinda 3qtr we have to play to win. Just come out and dominate. Outscored Arky 23-14 and woulda been 25pts if not for Rickea fumble on wide open basket.

Horrible coaching down the stretch to lose 86-80. Time out after time out to plan out the last few seconds of the game and we looked like we didn't have a set play at all. No defensive pressure down the end and or any kind of offensive strategy everybody just stand around outside the three-point line those around each other and somebody chuck it up.

This one it was all on the coach. She might've gotten back in the game but she sure as hell didn't know what to do when she got to the end of it.

She was a turnover machine last year. Vic let it slide and never really did much to fix it, and it's only gotten worse.

To be fair, Matharu had a wide open look to tie the game and missed it.

Some of the problems with this team, one is defensively they are not very good. I know it's a different coaching philosophy but it's been a total 180 from vic. Second they (just like the men's) can't break a zone or handle pressure defense and there are some players who shouldn't touch the floor, Cooks being one. I've also noticed a lot of talking from the players to NMP when she's trying to instruct them, almost like they don't like being corrected, no way that happens with Vic. Again a totally different coach.

Yes but we had time to get 2 and try to turn them over. That's what I have seen most coaches do They were playing defense for the three.

Which ones are transferring? To me, Rickea looked more engaged tonight, but Martharu and Carter don't look engaged some of the time.

On the next to last final possession, McCray wanted a timeout and one of our players got pissed that she called it. She yelled back at the HC. I was amazed.
