Yes, it's pretty rare. Saw one a week or so ago, but that was the first I've seen in a long time. Might never have been 3 in a single half.

Don't think I've seen a 3-second lane call all year, and they happen all the time. Maybe I just don't know the rule, which I thought is any offensive player spending more than 3 seconds in the lane, whether shooting, going for a rebound, or any other reason.
