I think we will have a great team this year. I also feel like covid will ruin this season too. Baseball is just not the money maker basketball is. Not sure there is the commitment from the NCAA and other conferences.

Problem for me is I'm not a baseball fan. I do like to see State succeed in the sport. I won't have much interest again until football rolls around again.

The restrictions that I've heard about in baseball will probably take you out of baseball mode and into whatever else flips your skirt

Haha I hope my speculation is wrong. I’ve just reached the point of no longer being optimistic about anything until the vaccine is completely rolled out. We apparently have no risk tolerance in America anymore.

Nothing that's been announced but since rumors are encouraged here..... Nothing that's a whole lot different than football either but some that have been discussed internally are restricted attendance numbers which whatever number they arrive at will include all players, coaches, managers, ticket takers, concession workers, media, ushers, etc. No coolers and cooking in outfield because that would be considered tailgating and that's not allowed. Only 4 fans per LFL box and every other box will have to be empty so some will not be able to use theirs this year. There was some talk of no LFL fans allowed at all, not sure where that stands now. It's definitely not going to be a good situation or close to what is the norm whatever is decided.

By the time we are in baseball season, our hospitals will likely not be overwhelmed and there will be a lot of people who have had covid already or had the vaccine. They just need to let people make their own decisions at that point. If you are worried about it, don't go. If you aren't worried about it, feel free to go.

Not sure how feasible this would be, but they could also let fans that have had covid or the vaccine register and have them not count against any capacity limits.

This may cripple our ability to pay off the stadium expansion, no? China sucks.
