I read where Georgia may play Colorado or Colorado St. instead but if Ole Miss or LSU has to cancel, Georgia would be willing to play either one of them.

Georgia may be willing to play one of them but we know one of them isn’t playing Georgia.

Yep those candy asses up North. I hate pulling for LSU but I sure hope all this lay off hurts Ole Miss.

These have only been the SEC rules for 9 games........

1. SEC teams can only play SEC teams.
2. A team can not play a team that was not originally on their schedule.
3. Teams can not play each other twice (regular season).

So the rules can't be changed to accommodate a blue blood.

My understanding is that this is Georgia's senior day. Since the outcome would not impact the CFP or the conference championship, I don't see why an accommodation couldn't or wouldn't be made.

Not very fair that suddenly non-conference games are allowed for Georgia. We could have really used a tune-up game on 11/14 or 12/5 against some scrub.

When has fairness ever entered into the equation regarding decisions coming down from the ivory tower in Birmingham? The haves and have nots will sadly always exist in the SEC.

Gonna hurt Sarah’s heisman chances. Wokes can focus all their efforts on vaccine mandates and taking Christ out of Xmas
It amazes me how much the word woke is thrown in non political threads by people that are always bitching about politics in sports.

Actually, the X is the Greek symbol for Chi, which is the first sound in the Greek word ‘Christos’, which you may know by its later English pronunciation “Christ” and using an X to signify Christ has been documented as far back as 1021.

Yeah, some time in the 1950’s & 1960’s, some evangelists claimed “Xmas” was part of a Jewish conspiracy (along with the introduction of Santa Claus) to secularize Christmas, but its use is very much in the roots of Christianity.

Really forced this girl kicker reference into the conversation.
It has to be exhausting to carry so much contempt for so many different topics and issues.
