Battle for the Golden Egg Game Thread

[57stratdawg]

Targeting on OM. They’re down 2 starting dbs now.

[HotMop]

Who are these 17n announcers? How did they not see helmet to helmet?

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

They got something in their eyes

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

Definitely a focus on time of possession. We'll let them score quickly next to let our D rest.

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

Hold onto the damn ball

[57stratdawg]

That should be a fumble on Williams. F*cking ****

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

Bright side: short field to defend

[Apoplectic_Objurgator]

He touched the ball while out of bounds - does that
Down the ball?

[bulldoghair]

If a player is laying out of bounds while touching the ball, is the ball considered out of bounds and down at that moment?

[Dawg1976]

That's all for me. Onto a movie.

[The Usual Suspect]

We are so weak it is sad.

[BlueRidgeMtns]

Not looking great, boys

[Lawdawg.sixpack]

Not if the other guy already had possession.

[Apoplectic_Objurgator]

That's all for me. Onto a movie.

It was an extra effort
Play that works 99 out of 100
Times

Yea, no need to torture ourselves. I’ll keep up with the score and come back if it’s competitive by some miracle.

[Uncle Ruckus]

Has to have possession

[IBleedMaroonDawg]

I would have liked to see if he crossed the goal line before he lost it. Surprised they never showed that angle once.

[57stratdawg]

We are getting behind their LBs. That throw is there.

[Lawdawg.sixpack]

14 GAVE UP on that 4th and goal.

[Ralph Cramden]

How many good drives have ended in a turnover in the end zone? That is so pathetic.

[thatsbaseball]

We're still in this. OM' defense is really bad.

[Msubulldogfan1]

I would have liked to see if he crossed the goal line before he lost it. Surprised they never showed that angle once.

It was apparent he was short imo. I was hoping that was the case. Hell, he didn’t even need to extend the damn ball at that point.

[Uncle Ruckus]

If they can’t get a turnover or two there is 0 chance of a win. Right now it’s probably less than 10%. OM defense sucks big time, but it’s going to be next to impossible to keep them from getting in the red zone on every possession.

[was21]

Matt Wyatt stated that if you're going to go extreme one way or the other,,best to run the damn thing. He said it several years ago after we beat that om *** when freezus was the coarch

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

We're snakebit on offense

[BigMotherTucker]

Ummm... No we're not. WE ARE really bad.

[mstateglfr]

Is grass supposed to be that green? Seriously question

I adjusted the color on my TV. Its awful to see. Looks like something in MS Paint.

[Coast_Dawg]

Their defense is bad

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

We need Lane to go for and miss a few more fourth downs

[Uncle Ruckus]

There’s a live stream on Twitter of BWalker and the Mississippi guy that Barstool hired watching the game if any of you have muted your tv and want some entertaining play by play

[PineGroveBully]

Well, it should be 14-7 us had we held onto a catch, anything can still happen in this game

[Coast_Dawg]

No reason to not pick on Tylan Knight all day long if they continue to match him up on Walley. Also, Heath is a better athlete than any defender they have.

[Uncle Ruckus]

You’re assuming we stop them after scoring. Yeah right. Probably 14-14

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

Why is either coach calling a screen pass?

[Apoplectic_Objurgator]

Why is either coach calling a screen pass?

Not a single wide receiver screen has worked all year yet we continue

[Uncle Ruckus]

Does Leach tell the QBs to not run no matter what? As I type this Rogers ran the ball....

[Apoplectic_Objurgator]

Did anyone see the big POS OM coach shoulder Rogers while running out of bounds

[UpTheMiddlex3Punt]

Why was the receiver blocking with his back on that play?

[hdogg]

Our defense is playing great except for the long ball. No idea why they dont try 50 yard passes every play.
This game could be tied now, or us ahead, it's long way from over. Unless they throw the long ball as I mentioned.

[mcdawg22]

We absolutely have this ****!!!
