Maybe I’m just pissed

[Imadick]

But it seemed to me that that Bama players were doing their best to injure the bulldogs. A lot of picking up and body slamming in the ground.

[patdog]

That’s the way Bama plays. Dirty. A couple of those should have been 15-yard penalties.

[Imadick]

It really strange that officials are calling targeting but those were worst with potential to cause great damage. The heads were slammed with much more force than I see in a typical “targeting” call.

[Ralph Cramden]

Yes...I have seen them call that before. And yet I saw it at least 3 or 4 times last night with no penalty. When ya play Bama thats how it goes. They hold every 17ing play too. Rewatch it. Every play

[Rushisaband]

Why was there not targeting on the int in the end zone? Our man got speared in the back of the head and nobody said a word. Maybe because he didn’t go down and stayed standing but damn that was targeting! My bama wife even mentioned it and said Shirley they are gonna call that! Blatant as hell to me! Am I the only one?

[oxfordrebel22]

They’re at least consistent. The same crap happened in Ole Miss game, including multiple obvious holds that weren’t called. A couple of EXTREMELY late flags, also, after the play hadn’t gone Alabama’s way.

[Sienfield]

I'd like to know how the pass caught at the 5 yard line by our guy was ruled incomplete but the pass to our running back that he never had control was ruled complete and a fumble.

They push the limits of game, recruiting, and legal rules to require authorities to make decisions. And when they do Saban sankey and others raise hell. Saban requires you to do your job as a player and official

Yeah, Jones was held 4 times. Each time he was close to reaching the QB
