Will Delta be directly over Lexington Saturday?

[Leeshouldveflanked]

Heavy Rain and Wind would not be a good thing for the Air Raid.

[Maroon Eagle]

Just be glad it won’t be a home game for MSU. Delta looks like it’ll be hanging out around Starkvegas in the last projection I saw.

[Cooterpoot]

Nowhere close based on the updated information.

[Xenomorph]

It’s going to be directly over Landmass on Saturday.

It’s going to be directly over Landmass on Saturday.

Are you referring to the Landmass between Alabama and Louisiana?

[Duke Humphrey]

Yes, right over Lexington................ Mississippi.

Delta is gonna be in the Delta and may cause a Delta in the number of people with electricity from today to Sunday.

[Cooterpoot]

Cotton crop is going to take a big hit from this.

[Russ Wheeler]

Already a Cat 4. Just.....damnit.

[fishwater99]

Needs to go East to Florida.

[Dawgg]

I think you mean the landmass between Georgia and Cuba.

That's some quality wordsmanship there. The mathematical reference especially did not go unnoticed.

Yeah, Florida will pass on that. But Thanks.

We would take it here in Colorado for the fires. I have a rental in MS that I don't want damage too, so I do have a vested interest.

Isn't it a little late for a Hurricane.

Hurricane Michael wiped out this area on October 10th, 2018. Saturday is the 2 year anniversary of that storm.

[RocketDawg]

145 mph now, as of the 5 p.m. update. 24 hours ago it was a tropical storm.

The phrase “heavy rain in Lexington” is going to give me nightmares about our total meltdown there two years ago.

Yep.

Moorhead tried unsuccessfully to pass all night and and UK ran it down our throats, despite State finishing the season with the #1 defense.

It's almost setting up like 2018. The game is at night again, too. At least the crowd won't be as energized because of covid and UK being 0-2.

The storm intensity dropped a lot as it went over the Yucatan. At 1:00 p.m. it was down to 100 mph, 975 mb. Expected to increase over the Gulf, but probably won't see Cat 4 again before landfall, once again in Louisiana. Hopefully it stays away from Lake Charles - they've had enough this year.
