Maybe just sour grapes, but does he make anyone else’s skin crawl? Can’t put my finger on it, but just can’t stand to watch him.

I try to imagine if we’d come up with the 180k and he was one of ours, would I feel the same? I think I would.

AJ Brown doesn't make me cringe. When players get to the NFL - my dislike of them goes down a bit. But Cam - his has remained.

My dislike for AJ Brown has remained. And Cam. But in general, I agree.

I'm pretty sure I would. Hard to say because we haven't had anyone I don't think that absolutely performed on the field while doing stuff to make other people hate him.

We had a few basketball players that were easy to hate, but the things that made them easy to hate also impacted their performance. Everytime I can think of that we've had the combination of great talent with character flaws, the character flaws have manifested themselves in a way that prevent peak performance and cause problems that would prevent MSu fans from viewing them through fully maroon shaded glasses. I'm not even sure what players other fanbases hated.

Obviously Ole Miss hates Leo Lewis, but that's not the same thing. Did other fanbases hate Smoot? Or was his personality likeable enough that he could talk **** constantly without it getting on other fanbases' nerves? Dak was Dak. We've had plenty of good running backs but I don't remember any of them generating hate, and the ones that had issues usually generated conflict with MSU fans or just stopped them from reaching their potential (e.g., Dontae, Nick Turner, Josh Robinson). We haven't had a lot of wide receivers good enough to generate hate, but Bear and Fred Ross seemed to be pretty low key? Don't remember how Moulds was viewed in college.

All that to say, I am ready for a moral degenerate and awful human being to lead us to a national championship so we can all find out how we would react to them.

Don’t kid yourself. Had he come to State you would love the guy and defend him like any other Bulldog.

All the Auburn fans still love him. He got them a natty and will be loved for forever, no matter how crazy or ridiculous he acts.

Dillon Day is one that comes to mind. Stepping on a couple of LSU players, and he got a few personal fouls for late hits and unsportsmanlike conduct. I'd guess most MSU fans loved the guy - other people around the SEC probably remember him as a little differently

He’s a weird son of a *****, and just rubs people the wrong way. Other players don’t even like him. Very rare to see several defensive players actually trying to pick a fight with a QB, but that’s what happened against the Dolphins last weekend. I’ve always suspected that his trash talk on the field is probably subtle and extremely irritating. Then he throws his hands up and plays the victim.

As a panthers fan, I'm glad to see him gone. When he was the Panthers QB, I stuck up for him mostly but he always got on my nerves... especially when he finally took the Panthers to the super bowl and played like he didn't want to get hurt.

On the flip side, he really did do a lot for the Charlotte community and you can't knock him for that. It just always seemed that he did these positive things just for positive press and not for the right reasons.

Its his ever present need to be the center of attention. From when he was running around the field during his heisman campaign, his increasing "where is waldo" avant garde attire, to his 'special' font on instagram, the man cannot stand to not be seen and talked about. A pure narcissist. I guarantee that once his NFL career ends he will find a way to keep eyes on him.

I just find it strange when a man wears scarves most of the time and dresses somewhat feminine and sometimes acts kinda feminine. But maybe thats just me. Idk.

Are you concerned you will accidentally have sex with him, or something?

Jameis Winston is weird, too. And I hate that he's a Saint now.

I can't stand Cam, and I was tickled when Dak got Cam's Oikos Yogurt deal when Cam talked down to that female reporter.

Obviously can’t say for sure

No question about it. The lengths some go to justify things in their own head is fascinating to me.

but I don’t think I would. The fakeness I think is what it is.

As someone else said, Jameis has the same affect, albeit not as strong.

Now, if Cam was out there bleeding maroon, hyping State, coming back to the games, etc, I might could overlook some of it, so who knows.

That's a good example. But it's still different because everything he did was justified.**

I really don't mind Winston... to me he just seems like a kind of dumb football player.
