Well... it’s actually not like USM making fun of Delta State since the Fightin’ Okra are Division II. The disparity in talent and fan engagement between two FBS programs should never be comparable to an FBS program and a Division II (not even FCS, Division II) program.

Speaking of FCS, Jackson State averages higher attendance than Southern Miss.
