I’ll start:

“Trust the science”

Adding "s" or "a" to names to lump teams, players together.

"The Alabama's and LSU's of the world..."

I loathe this. There is only ONE Alabama and ONE LSU. It is even worse with players.

"A Jake Mangum or someone like the Elijah MacNamee's of the world"

"the Alabamas and LSUs of the world" is another way of saying something approximating either "bluebloods" or "powerhouses" and depending on the context, can be more descriptive. Blue Bloods could include a team like Michigan. Powerhouse could include a team like Miami at different times. THe "Alabamas and LSUs of the world" is usually going to mean something closer to Bama, LSU, and OSU, possibly UF, and USC, but not Michigan, Penn State, or Notre Dame.

I know what is meant by it but what about saying..."That team is good but not in the same realm as AlabamA or LSU."

That's older than me.

And for those who make statements without anything to back them up "It's on the internet, all you have to do is look and be open minded!"

One that’s been mentioned already, but:

“New normal”

I’m sorry folks, but this is not the new normal. This is a temporary inconvenience, the duration of which has yet to be determined.
