Correct, it doesn't make sense. I had tickets in club level ever since it was open, and you could barely walk through the place at any given time. Cutting by 50% will make it easier to get around, but it'll still be crowded. You'd have to cut it back to about 10% to maintain proper distancing. I'm just glad we decided not to renew two years ago (nothing against the school or team performance, but the drive was getting to be too tiring and a hassle).

Might have to go back to the original literal definition - opening your trunk in your parking space and eating sandwiches or whatever.

Oh it makes plenty of sense from Tater Tot's perspective. That is all about trying not to piss off his big donors too much it seems to me. If he was following the science the indoor stuff probably should be eliminated. At best it should be half the outdoor %.

Now if he really wanted to follow the science, nothing indoors, make masks and social distancing mandatory, and limit attendance to students only.

I went to the CL and read about it. It said this executive order is only good until August 31. I wonder could he increase it or drop it and will the school wait until then to inform who gets in?

He commented today that it would be extended past the end of August. I suppose it could be amended in November/December if things are looking better but it seems somewhat unlikely.

Yes, at least half. If I still had tickets for club level, I'd not go to the games. It's normally really, really crowded.

All I had to go on is CL. I should have figured there was stuff they left out. I am assuming he said more in the press conference base on what you just posted.
