NCAA pitching 50 team basketball bubble?

I hope the SEC says hell no. You know MSU will be left out.

The NCAA hasn't said or done a damn thing to try and save the football season but they got to save basketball to get that big March Madness payday. 17 the NCAA

The scale is just different. 50 teams, 35 players, plus 4 coaches.

39*50= 1,950 people. Throw in another 20 or so refs and it's not inconceivable. With support staff etc. right at 2000 I would guess. 2100 tops.

Whereas a football roster can have 125 players. Call it 150 people total for coaches and support staff. 2100/150=14. So you can hold 50 basketball teams or 14 football teams.

MSU might squeeze in the top 50 BB teams, though I doubt it. I can assure you we would not be picked as one of the 14 football teams.

You got that right. NCAA Revenue 99% Basketball 1% other sports

I would think Title 9 would require a bubble be set up for women's basketball,
