Crawfish prices ...

Should we start to see a drop in crawfish prices this weekend and beyond ?
I would think there is a over supply at this time?
Two weeks ago Mudbugs was like $7.49 lb cooked with no sides added in that.
Bham this past weekend was $7.59 lb at a food truck setup.
Hoping to see a drop but maybe not ?

They could be bought $2-$2.25 by the sack last weekend all over town in Jackson area. It will be interesting if it gets any cheaper. Not sure at what point the trucks just stop running.

I downloaded an app called "The Crawfish app" a couple of years ago, it will give you the prices of all the places around Jackson. Seeing live @ $2.50/lb, and cooked @ $5.50-6.00/lb in the metro-area.
