Going into this season, there were a lot of question marks about what we had in both the starting rotation and the pen. It’s looking like we’re about to find out exactly what we’ve got in a hurry

I wouldnt read that into it. Koestler was supposed to go tuesday and this also keeps macleoud and cerantola on a 6 full day rest which is nice this early.

But thats just my speculating

You know, you would think by now David Murray would have some clue as to how pitching gets adjusted. His pre press conference article pretty much said the rotation would be adjusted accordingly and MacCleod/Cerentola would move up. There was no way that was happening this weekend.

Why would he need to? We don't have a depth problem that I know of.
